T. Y. B. Com.  Admissions : 2017-18

Notice for the Students who havepassed S.Y.B.Com. from B.M.C.C.

     The students shouldnote the following instructions regarding admissions to T.Y.B.Com  Class.

Admission forms will open after  6.00 pm on  01 /07/2017, till  06.07.2017 at 1.00 pm

1.    All the students who have passed F.Y passed& S.Y.B.Com. passed or A.T.K.T from B.M.C.C. will be admitted to T.Y.B.Com.Class for the year 2017-2018

2.  Login on  www.deccansociety.com and  login    with username &   

     password which was used last year for the admission of  SYBCOM.

2.     If there is any query to login in GEMS/ ERP,contact personally in college office. (Smt. Ranade/ Smt. Kondhalkar)

3.    Complete your ‘Profile’. Fill all thedetails required in the profile tab. Personal, Guardian Details, ParentDetails, till Contact tab. Students must fill all * marks field.Incompleteadmission form will not be accepted. Kindly note.

4.    Procedureto fill online admission form in GEMS / ERP.

i)                  Login into GEMS /ERP

ii)            Afterlogin, on the homepage of  GEMS, click on Academic functions- Admission for nextyear without subject choice.

iii)             StudentsShould check FYBCOM marks & fill SYBCOM marks.  If any query regarding SYBCOM subjects thenclick on reset subject tab. Select subjects which are showing on your SYBCOMmarksheet, then save & after that fill marks.

iv)             Whenfilling T.Y.B.Com admission form, Students should select either Indian GlobalEco. or International Eco.

5.    Take print out of admission form (printstudents details),  Undertaking,Hamipatra (if applicable), Payment receipt (given by Pay U)

6.    Student should bring  Xerox copy of Caste Certificate, F.Y.B Com& S.Y.  B Com  mark sheet.  

7.    Students will have to remain present inperson at BMCC (Room No 2) at 11.00 to 1.00 pm as per the following Schedule.

9      Students should pay the fees mentionedin the Challan online as per the following procedure : Click on tab ‘OnlinePayment’ then again click on “Proceed to Online Payment”

a)    Click on tab ‘online payment

b)    Thewindow for Pay U money will be opened showing following three options

·       Credit card

·       Debit card

·       Net banking

c)       BankCharges are applicable on the above transactions. Please check the chargesapplicable before making the payment.

d)       If you choose ‘Net banking’

e)       After selecting net banking option,the names of various banks will be displayed. Select your bank. The page willtake you to the website of your selected bank.

f)        Yourselected Bank will ask for your login id and password for your account.

Once you are logged in, the total amount of fees tobe paid will be displayed. Click on tab ‘pay/confirm’. ( conti…on next page)

g)       Youwill observe a message, ‘Yourtransaction is successful ‘along with a receipt by Pay U Money. Downloadthe Pay U Money Receipt OR take Print Out.

h)       If you choose ‘Debit Card Or Credit Card’ thanplease ensure the cards issued by your bank are allowed for Online Payments.

i)         Enteryour card details as request by the Pay U

j)        For the card payments “OTP” (OneTime Password) is generated and the same is sent by the bank to the registeredemail and mobile number with them. OTP is must to complete the online payments.Hence ensure while making the Online fee payment through your Debit or Creditthe above is taken care of.

k)       Oncethe payment is done, the Pay U will give the message ‘Your transaction is successful ‘along with a receipt by Pay UMoney. Download the Pay U Money Receipt OR take Print Out.

10     Aftercompleting any of the above Online Fee Payment procedure, college fee receiptwill be generated  through your GEMS login . Take a print out of that afterward college starts as a student Copy ( noneed to submit to the college)

11       Students should strictly follow the abovementioned schedule. Late            

    submission will not be entertained, whichkindly note.

12      Students opting for Vocational Subjects shouldpay the necessary amount 

  of  fees to the College Office within the givenperiod.

13 Special subjectselected by the student in S.Y.B.Com will continue in        

      T.Y.B.Com. Division allotted to the studentin S.Y.B.Com will be same in

      T.Y.B.Com

14  Regular classes will start from 10.07.2017  as per the Time Table.

15 This Noticeis only for the admission to B.M.C.C. students only. (i.e. who    

     have passed F. Y./S.Y B. Com. Exam.  from BMCC as regular student.

16 Students who areeligible to receive concession under various Govt. Schemes like EBC / PTC / BCetc. may pay the minimum fees as prescribed and they should fill in thenecessary online Form within the period displayed on Notice Board and pleasecheck Maharashtra Government website regularly.
