Notice for the Students who have passed F.Y.B.Com.

     The students who have passed F.Y.B.Com. from BMCC  should note the following instruction sregarding admissions to S.Y.B.Com. through ERP system:

Admission forms will open after 10.00  pm on Thursday27thJune 2018 & will close on Saturday 30th June, 2018 midnight.Before filling online admission form a student must read notice carefully.

1.     All the students who have passed F.Y.B.Com. from B.M.C.C. will be admitted to S.Y.B.Com. for the year 2018-2019

2.     It is compulsory to login into GEMS (ERP) for the S.Y.B.Com. online Admission.

3.     Obtain your Login Id  from F Y B COM admission receipt / College  I Card

4.     Log in on  www.deccansociety.com and use the username and login with your  password. If there is any query  to login in GEMS ERP, contact in person to  Administrative office.

5.     Procedure to fill online admission form in GEMS ERP.

Login into GEMS ERP

After login, on the homepage of GEMS, click on next year admissions.

Select - F Y B COM.  All students must fill F.Y.B. Com marks carefully in GEMS ERP, then calculate result & save.

Complete your Subject Preference form for S.Y.B. Com

Subject priority should be mentioned in Numeric value. i.e. (1,2,3,4,5,6)

6.     Take print out of admission form (print students details), Undertaking, Hamipatra (if applicable), Payment receipt (given by Pay U) & subject preference form.

7.     Ensure you upload formal photograph for I Card.

8.     Upload the following documents :

a)      Mark sheet of F.Y.B.Com.

b)    Caste Certificate , if applicable

9         Bring duly attested copy of F.Y.B.Com Mark sheet  along with Printed Admission Form  and Subject Preference form and Pay U money Fee Receipt during Counseling session.  

10   Students will have to remain present in person at BMCC (Tata Hall) at 10.30 to 1.00 pm as per the following Schedule for submission of Admission form & documents.

11   Students should strictly follow the above mentioned schedule. Late submission will not be entertained. 

12  Students should pay the fees mentioned in the Challan online as per the following  procedure : Click on tab ‘Online Payment’ then again click on “Proceed to Online Payment”

a)    Click on tab ‘online payment

b)    The window for Pay U money will be opened showing following three options

·       Credit card

·       Debit card

·       Net banking

c)    Bank Charges are applicable on the above transactions. Please check the charges applicable before making the payment.

d)    If you choose ‘Net banking’ -

After selecting net banking option, the names of various banks will be displayed. Select your bank.The page will take you to the website of your selected bank.

Your selected Bank will ask for your login id and password for your account.

Once you are logged in,the total amount of fees to be paid will be displayed. Click on tab ‘pay/ confirm’. ( conti…on next page)

 

You will observe a message, ‘Your transaction issuccessful ‘along with the receipt by Pay U Money. Download the Pay UMoney Receipt OR take Print Out.

e)     If you select the option of ‘Debit Card or Credit Card’ then please ensure the card issued by your bank is allowed for Online Payments.

Enter your card details as request by the Pay U

f)      For the card payments “OTP” (One Time Password) is generated and the same is sent by the bank to the registered email and mobile number. OTP is must to complete the online payment. Hence, ensure that while making Online payment of fees through your Debit or Credit the above points are taken in to consideration.

g)    Once the payment is done, the Pay U will give the message ‘Your transaction is successful ‘along with the receipt by Pay UMoney. Download the Pay U Money Receipt OR take Print Out.

13   After completing the above Online Fee Payment procedure, college fee receipt will generate through your GEMS log in. Take a print out of it. There is no need to submit the fee receipt to the college.

     14. Optional subjects will be allotted as per the availability of seats and on         merit basis. A student cannot insist on the choice of a particular subject.   Decisionof the College shall be final in this respect.

16Optional subjects, once selected, will not be changed.   

 

   Studentsopting for Vocational Subjects will complete their online process on 5thJuly, 2018. Follow the procedure of admission mentioned above.

17   . Regular classes will start from 9th July ,2018 as per the Time Table.

18    This Notice is only for the admission ofB.M.C.C. students. (i.e. the students who have passed F. Y. B. Com. from BMCCas a regular student.

19    Students who are eligible to receive concessions under various Govt. Schemes like EBC / PTC / BC etc. may pay the minimum fees as  prescribed and they should fill  the necessary online Form within the  period displayed on Notice Board and please check Maharashtra  Government website regularly for the same . (www.mahaeschol.maharashtra.gov.in)
