On the occasion of International Yoga Day, a special yoga and pranayama demonstration was organized under the guidance of Smt. Anupama Gadgil, a highly experienced and respected yoga expert. The event aimed to promote the practice of yoga and raise awareness about its numerous physical, mental, and spiritual benefits.


The session began with a warm-up comprising gentle joint movements, which helped participants prepare their bodies for the yoga practice. These movements included neck rotations, shoulder rolls, wrist rotations, waist twists, and ankle rotations. By performing these exercises, participants were able to loosen their muscles and enhance blood circulation.
