Notice for the Students who have passed


 M.Com.Part-I from B.M.C.C.            


The students who have passed M.Com.Part-I from BMCC should note the following instructions regarding admissions to M.Com.part II through ERP system:

Admission form link will open after 1.00 pm on Thursday 18th July 2019 &will close on Monday 22nd July, 2019 midnight. Before filling online admission form a student must read notice carefully.

1.  All the students who have passed M.Com.Part-I from B.M.C.C. will be admitted to M.Com.Part-II for the year 2019-2020.

2.     It is compulsory to login into ERP for the M.Com.Part-II online Admission.

3.     Obtain your Login Id  from M.Com.Part-I admission receipt / College I Card

4.     Procedure to fill online admission form in ERP.

i)      Login on www.deccansociety.com and use the username and login with your password. If there is any query to login in ERP, contact in person to Administrative office.

ii)   After login, on the homepage of ERP, click on Click here for next year admissions.

iii)All students must check and verify M.Com.Part-I (Sem.I & II) marks carefully in Previous year marks tab then scroll down, click on save and next.

iv) Compulsory subjects will get automatically selected. Please select only your special subject which is showing on screen in subject choice tab and click on save button and then click on finish button.

v)   Select your Special subjects as follows:-

5304-V : Organizational Behaviour

Check and verify all your details. Take print out of admission form (print students details, Undertaking and Hamipatra).

6.  Click on Online Payment- Proceed to online Payment- pay the fees- print payment receipt (given by Pay U).

7. Bring copy of online Mark sheet along with Printed Admission Form and Caste Certificate , if applicable

  Students will have to remain present in person at BMCC (Tata Hall) at 11.00 am to 1.00 pm as per the following Schedule for submission of Admission form & documents.

10  Students should pay the fees mentioned in the Challan online as per the following  procedure : Click on tab ‘Online Payment’ then again click on “Proceed to Online Payment”

a)    Click on tab ‘online payment

b)    The window for Pay U money will be opened showing following three options

Credit card

Debit card

Net banking

c)    Bank Charges are applicable on the above transactions. Please check the charges applicable before making the payment.

d)    If you choose ‘Net banking’ -

After selecting net banking option, the names of various banks will be displayed. Select your bank.The page will take you to the website of your selected bank.

Your selected Bank will ask for your login id and password for your account.

Once you are logged in,the total amount of fees to be paid will be displayed. Click on tab ‘pay/ confirm’. ( conti…on next page)

You will observe a message, ‘Your transaction is successful ‘along with the receipt by Pay U Money. Download the Pay U Money Receipt OR take Print Out.

If you select the option of ‘Debit Card or Credit Card’ then please ensure the card issued by your bank is allowed for Online Payments.

Enter your card details as request by the Pay U

f)      For the card payments “OTP” (One Time Password) is generated and the same is sent by the bank to the registered email and mobile number .OTP is must to complete the online payment. Hence, ensure that while making online payment of fees through your Debit or Credit the above points are taken in to consideration.

g)    Once the payment is done, the Pay U will give the message ‘Your transaction is successful ‘along with the receipt by Pay U Money. Download the Pay U Money Receipt OR take Print Out.

11   After completing the above Online Fee Payment procedure, college fee receipt will generate through your GEMS log in. Take a print out of it. There is no need to submit the fee receipt to the college.

17   . Regular classes will start from 25th July, 2019 as per the Time Table.

18    This Notice is only for the admission of B.M.C.C. students. (I.e. the students who have passed M.Com.Part-I from BMCC as a regular student.

19    Students who are eligible to receive concessions under various Govt. Schemes like EBC / PTC / BC etc. may pay the minimum fees as  prescribed and they should fill  the necessary online Form within the  period displayed on Notice Board and please check Maharashtra  Government website regularly for the same .
