Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav- Celebrating 75 years of Independence

AstitvA, meaning existence, sheds light and life to Indian heritage, and has been doing it for 13 years. The heritage collective of BMCC organises AstitvA every year, and since its inception, the event never fails to stand out with its uniqueness by celebrating culture in an innovative and authentic style. After two years of being limited to virtuality in the Pandemic, Astitva 2022 celebrated the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav- 75 years of independence magnificently with the title sponsorship from Fleetguard Filtrum & IMDR and support from Heritage India like every year.

The event not only saw virtual participation from India, but across the world - breaking geographical barriers - and has received a stupendous response of over 2386 entries. It included people from age 15 to 26 and above participating and showcasing their talent with boundless enthusiasm, proving that age is just a number.

AstitvA's inauguration ceremony took place on 20th September at the hands of noted classical vocalist Mrs Arti Anklikar
